【簡(jiǎn)介】
電鑄技術(shù)具有其他鑄造技術(shù)所不可比擬的優(yōu)點(diǎn),電鑄鎳及鎳基合金技術(shù)在制造具有復(fù)雜型面、微細(xì)形貌、尺寸精密、薄壁零件等方面具有獨(dú)特的優(yōu)越性,再加上材料、工藝、設(shè)備的技術(shù)改進(jìn),這門傳統(tǒng)的工藝技術(shù)將在電子、微機(jī)械、航空航天、生物、醫(yī)療等領(lǐng)域發(fā)揮更大的作用。
當(dāng)然,電鑄鎳及鎳基合金也存在一些缺點(diǎn),如生產(chǎn)周期長(zhǎng),成本較高,電鑄層厚度很難均勻,芯模表面的劃傷等缺陷也會(huì)出現(xiàn)在電鑄產(chǎn)品的表面等。但隨著市場(chǎng)對(duì)電鑄鎳及鎳基合金產(chǎn)品需求量的不斷增大,對(duì)其性能要求逐漸提高,電鑄研究和技術(shù)也將得到不斷的完善和發(fā)展。
