氣壓傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)中，氣源處理件是指空氣過濾器、減壓閥和油霧器，有些品牌的電磁閥和氣缸能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)無油潤滑（靠潤滑脂實(shí)現(xiàn)潤滑功能），便不需要使用油霧器！過濾度一般為50-75μm，調(diào)壓范圍為0.5-10Mpa，如需過濾精度為5-10μm，10-20μm，25-40μm，及調(diào)壓為0.05-0.3Mpa，0.05-1Mpa三大件無管連接而成的組件稱為三聯(lián)件。三大件是多數(shù)氣動(dòng)系統(tǒng)中不可缺少的氣源裝置，安裝在用氣設(shè)備近處，是壓縮空氣質(zhì)量的最后保證。三大件的安裝順序依進(jìn)氣方向分別為空氣過濾器、減壓閥和油霧器。空氣過濾器和減壓閥組合在一起可以稱為氣動(dòng)二聯(lián)件。還可以將空氣過濾器和減壓閥集裝在一起，便成為過濾減壓閥（功能與空氣過濾器和減壓閥結(jié)合起來使用一樣）。有些場合不能允許壓縮空氣中存在油霧，則需要使用油霧分離器將壓縮空氣中的油霧過濾掉。總之，這幾個(gè)元件可以根據(jù)需要進(jìn)行選擇，并可以將他們組合起來使用。

油霧器可對(duì)機(jī)體運(yùn)動(dòng)部件進(jìn)行潤滑，可以對(duì)不方便加潤滑油的部件進(jìn)行潤滑，大大延長機(jī)體的使用壽命。
